Why isn't it very fluffy when I first open it?
Don’t worry, your blanket’s just a little squished from the journey. To keep things eco-friendly, we vacuum pack it for shipping, which can flatten the fibres a bit. A quick fluff in the dryer or some time to breathe in the open air will bring it back to its full, soft and fluffy self.
What are your blankets made of?

I'm worried the blanket may be a bit small. What should I do?
